In order to find effectiveness and efficiency as a rule of thumb organizations have to have the right people at the right job and this can be achieved only if a systematic and rigorous process of job design and analysis is adopted and executed, job analysis helps determine, collect and record all the information about a job including the number of tasks involved, knowledge, abilities and skills required for the effective executing of job. Once job analysis is completed there comes the turn of job design which helps with determining the responsibilities, authority, scope of decision making and productivity of the employees.
