SPECIAL ISSUE AIC 2016

This special issue is the result of academic cooperation between City University Peshawar and University Technology Malaysia (UTM) and a team consisting of prominent academicians from City University Peshawar have been invited by UTM Malaysia to assess and monitor the research quality of the conference. This special issue of City University Research Journal is commemorating the prestigious 2nd ASIA- UTM international research conference held at University Technology Malaysia on 9th & 10th December, 2016 at Kuala Lumpur where eminent research scholars, academicians and practitioners from all the over the world presented their research work. The research articles contained in this special issue have been carefully selected after each article underwent double-blind review proceedings.

The major components of the conference were advances in managing operations and sustainability, emerging issues in economics and finance, future of marketing and management and global developments in humanities, education and civilization. The research articles provide novel, interesting and useful results covering different areas. This editorial message not only delineates the paper submission, rigorous review, and quality assurance of the Special CURJ papers but also significantly appreciates the authors’ patience for paper revisions.
